In order to protect your privacy, the operator of “Virtual Hall” only processes your personal data for the purposes mentioned in this Privacy Policy and implements technical and organizational measures aimed at ensuring the confidentiality and security of your personal data.

6.1 Identification and contact data

The management interface of your Account allows you to consult, update or correct your personal data or delete your Account at any time. It is your responsibility to provide the operator of « Virtual Hall » with up-to-date and error-free information.

Identification data are processed in the context of the services provided to you by the operator of « Virtual Hall, » namely to:

process your orders and provide the agreed services (purchase or reservations of tickets, invoicing, issuance of personalized tickets, event management, after-sales service, complaints, etc.);
verify the conditions for granting discounts;
transfer a subscription from a deceased member to a relative;
comply with legal or regulatory obligations;
register you on concert waiting lists;
register you on mailing lists, with your consent;
send thank-you letters to donors;
issue tax receipts for donors;
contact you or send you information for any other reason the operator of « Virtual Hall » deems useful.

6.2 Mailing lists and personal interests

The operator of « Virtual Hall » may propose that you register on mailing lists. By registering on a mailing list, you authorize the operator of « Virtual Hall » to send you communications related to its activities and/or those of its partners. process your orders and provide the agreed services (purchase or reservations of tickets, invoicing, issuance of personalized tickets, event management, after-sales service, complaints, etc.);

contact you or send you information for any other reason the operator of « Virtual Hall » deems useful (cancellation or date change of a concert, for example).

6.4 Payment for services

When you order and pay for concert tickets or other services offered by the operator of « Virtual Hall » through the Site, you directly enter your payment Data with the payment service provider, which is responsible for collecting the payment on behalf of the operator of « Virtual Hall. »

In all cases, the operator of « Virtual Hall » does not hold or retain any Payment Data (such as, for example, credit card number).

6.7 Transfer of Personal Data to Partners

With your specific prior consent, the operator of « Virtual Hall » may transfer the following personal Data to Partners:

The above Data concerning you are transmitted to Partners for promotional and/or commercial purposes.

For online ticketing, the operator of « Virtual Hall » uses the services of SECUTIX SA, whose registered office is in Lausanne. When you create an account or purchase tickets, your Data is processed by SECUTIX SA (privacy policy of Secutix SA).

You may request at any time from the operator of « Virtual Hall » the updated list of Subcontractors to whom we have entrusted personal Data concerning you.

  1. Security

The operator of « Virtual Hall » undertakes to process personal Data adequately and takes all technical and organizational measures required by the applicable legislation to prevent undue access, disclosure, alteration, leakage or unauthorized destruction of such Data.

Security technologies and measures, rules and other procedures, firewalls, and password protection tools meeting industry standards are used to protect personal Data.

However, the User acknowledges that the use of the Internet is by definition not secure and involves certain risks for personal Data. It is the User’s responsibility to ensure that the computer they use is properly secured and protected against malicious software such as Trojan horses, computer viruses, and worms.

The User is aware that the absence of adequate security measures (including a secure configuration of the web browser and up-to-date antivirus software) increases the risk that the Data and passwords they use to protect access to their Data could be communicated to unauthorized third parties and/or that the data transmitted electronically may be intercepted.

In the event that personal Data have been unduly accessed by an unauthorized person or if there is reason to believe they have been, the operator of « Virtual Hall » undertakes to report it by email to the data subject.

  1. Rights of data subjects

You have the right, at any time and without stating a reason, to:

request which Data concerning you are processed by the operator of « Virtual Hall »;
receive a copy of your personal Data;
request the correction of your personal Data;
revoke the consent given for a specific processing(s) (e.g. newsletter sending, transmission to a Partner, etc.);

Unless the data subject requests deletion, other personal Data are stored on the servers of the operator of « Virtual Hall » for five (5) years from the end of the contractual relationship.

We draw your attention to the fact that the closure of your Account or the end of the operation of the Site does not affect the Data retention period.   1. Applicable law and jurisdiction

This Privacy Policy, as well as any dispute directly or indirectly related to the processing, by the operator of « Virtual Hall, » of personal Data collected through the Site, are subject to Swiss law, excluding conflict of laws rules.

Any dispute related to the processing by the operator of « Virtual Hall » of personal Data collected through the Site falls under the exclusive jurisdiction of the ordinary courts of the Republic and Canton of Geneva, subject to appeal to the Federal Court.
